 ※ For 263G Enterprise Mailbox standard product, one free 263G administrator mailbox is provided for each domain;
 ※ For 263G Enterprise Mailbox standard product, the product spec includes 5-user version, 10-user version and 50-user version. The three products can be ordered separately, or combined into different products:
-    · When the number of users is less than 40, upgrade/degradation can be made through 5-user and 10-user update packages in stepped manner;
-    · When the number of users is less than 300, upgrade/degradation can be made through 10-user update package in stepped manner;
-    · When the number of users is higher than 300, upgrade/degradation only can be made through 50-user update package in stepped manner;
 ※ For 263G Enterprise Mailbox standard product, each user’s mailbox default capacity is 263G. The available spec includes: 263G, 263G×2 and 263G×4.

 · For 263G Enterprise Mailbox VIP product, one free 263G administrator mailbox is provided for each domain;
 · For 263G Enterprise Mailbox VIP product, the basic product is 100-user version. When the number of users is higher than 100, upgrade/degradation can be made through 50-user update package in stepped manner.
 · For 263G Enterprise Mailbox VIP product, each user’s mailbox default capacity is 263M. The available spec includes: 263M and 1G.

Second, special features

Backup service:

263G Enterprise Mailbox provides the users with free mail backup service, which can avoid the loss caused by incorrect deletion of important mails. The cycle of deleting the backup is 5 days.

Fax mail:

263G Enterprise Mailbox users only need to send their application from the Webmail’s registration page. After binding their own mailbox and the assigned fax number, they can enjoy the convenient, quick and proprietary paperless fax service.

Mobile mailbox:

As for the mobile mail function, as long as 263G Enterprise Mailbox users make simple registration and binding, they can send/receive mails anytime and anywhere via the mobile terminal’s GPRS Internet access function, so as to avoid loss of business opportunity due to business trip or meeting.

Ultra large attachment:

263G Enterprise Mailbox provides the users with 600M ultra large attachment function. No matter how much the receiver’s mailbox space is, the attachment can be received and downloaded. It supports the broken-point continuingly-transferring function. The users can send 700 high quality digital photos simultaneously.
